Cangeroo is a UK-based online store operated by Cangeroo Ltd. We sell and ship a curated range of products available through our website.

2. Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, we will update this Shipping Policy and make any available international delivery options clear at checkout.

3. Delivery Options and Costs

We currently offer UK Standard Delivery.

  • UK Standard Delivery: 7–12 working days
  • Delivery cost: £3.99 for orders under £30
  • Free delivery: Available on orders of £30 or more

Delivery costs and any free delivery threshold will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

4. Processing Times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, over the weekend, or on a UK public holiday will begin processing on the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent. This will include tracking information where available.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times run from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

Our UK Standard Delivery service usually takes 7–12 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Cangeroo Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate.

6. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

7. Customs, Duties and Taxes

As we currently ship within the United Kingdom only, customs duties and import taxes should not apply to orders placed for UK delivery addresses.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges applied by their country.

8. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at the time of ordering.

Cangeroo Ltd is not liable for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided.

If a delivery attempt fails and your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery where possible. A redelivery charge may apply.

9. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at sales@cangeroo.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This may include a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please retain all original packaging and take photographs of any damage, as these may be required when raising a claim with our courier.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this Shipping Policy.
