Track My Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

To track your order you can:

  • Click the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email
  • Visit the carrier's website directly and enter your tracking number
  • Contact us at sales@cangeroo.com with your order number and we'll check for you

Haven't received a tracking email?

Please allow up to 3 working days after placing your order for your dispatch email to arrive. Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven't received anything after 5 working days, contact us at sales@cangeroo.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.

Order not arrived?

If your estimated delivery window has passed and your parcel hasn't turned up, please get in touch at sales@cangeroo.com. We aim to respond within 1–2 working days and will work with our courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund — your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

What counts as a working day?

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, or over the weekend, will begin processing on the next working day.
