Orders & Payments
Browse our products, add the items you would like to your basket, and head to checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
We process orders as quickly as possible, so please contact us at sales@cangeroo.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may be able to return it once received, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. You will also receive a dispatch email once your parcel is on its way, including tracking information where available.
All prices on cangeroo.com are shown in British pounds sterling, GBP £, and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We do not currently offer international shipping. If this changes in the future, we will update our Shipping Policy.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment has been confirmed.
Our UK Standard Delivery service usually takes 7–12 working days from dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

UK Standard Delivery costs £3.99 for orders under £30.
We offer free UK Standard Delivery on orders of £30 or more.
The final delivery cost will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email.

If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at sales@cangeroo.com with your order number and we will investigate.
Returns & Refunds
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in the same condition as received, and returned with proof of purchase.
Some items cannot be returned once opened or used for hygiene, health protection or safety reasons, unless they are faulty, incorrect or not as described.

For change-of-mind returns, unwanted items, accidental orders, or returns that are not due to a fault or mistake by us, the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage costs.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return postage costs once the issue has been confirmed. Please contact us before sending the item back.
Email us at sales@cangeroo.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We will reply with return instructions and the return address where applicable. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
We are sorry to hear that. Please email sales@cangeroo.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the damage or fault.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide a suitable resolution in accordance with our policies.
